I fell in love with the wedding industry when I was just 15 years old and I have never looked back.

Despite having a degree in Hospitality and Special Events plus over 20 years of experience, I had no idea how to launch, market, run, and monetize my own business. Worse, it felt like there was no place for me to turn...

There simply wasn't a lot of information. Or, at worse, bad information. I suffered from a major case of imposter syndrome while combatting petty competitors, gatekeeping, and lies

I just wanted someone that would give it to me straight. Someone I could talk to....

As I embarked on a self-directed study program, I promised myself that if I ever had any way to help others find success in the industry, I would be the light that wasn't there when I was struggling.

When one of us gets better, we all get better. The only way for us to do this is by creating a community of educated and professional creatives that can stand in their power as both artists and entrepreneurs.

I've spent over 10 years and over $200,000 learning how to think like a business and present as a professional.

And now, I want to teach you!

There is no magic bullet, no secret sauce. And when you work with me, there is no gatekeeping.

I love the work! This is a passion, not a profession. This is not a career, it's a calling. To be great, you need to love it. And I am obsessed.

My family is my North Star. If I become the worlds, most successful wedding planner, educator, and entrepreneur, but lose my family in the process then it was all for naught and I will consider myself a failure.

Living Beautifully. That means waking up every day with intention, showing up as the best version of myself, and making beautiful choices. It doesn't mean the most expensive of everything, but it means the best for where I am in my life at the moment. And the effort to go to that next place.

Andrea Eppolito has dedicated her life to celebrating life, luxury, and above all else, love.

Renowned for bending the universe to her will and creating events that are both timely and timeless, Andrea believes in lush, romantic details that offer an over-the-top interpretation of a client’s world view. She produces events for those who care deeply about atmosphere, transformation, and the art of storytelling. Her client list is intimate, and exclusive.

Andrea is the author of two books: Luxury Weddings Las Vegas, a coffee table book designed as a love letter to her city cements it as a legitimate choice for opulent destination weddings. Redefine Your Wedding Business helps wedding professionals build the business they want, wherever they are.

With over 20+ years of experience, Andrea travels the world encouraging businesses to tell better stories, operate with an intentional compass, and attract their ideal clientele. Andrea has taken the stage at the industry's most highly respected conferences, including Engage! Wedding Summits, The Knot COR, WIPA, NACE, CaterSource and the DJ Collective. Her podcast discusses the struggles and successes of our industry. Andrea also offers online courses for wedding planners and coaching for event professionals.

Called “vibrant, chic, and impeccably organized,” Andrea is a voracious reader. She loves doing absolutely anything with her husband and children; cooking at home, binge-watching shows, and traveling. Her family is the great love of her life and the accomplishment of which she is most proud.
